In 2010 “Health train” was organized to Navoi region in the route of Tashkent – Tinchlik – Konimeh-Kara-kata – Mustaqillik – Basaubai – Uchquduq II – Tashkent. Highly qualified medical specialists made diagnoses of 1743 people. Through “Health train” the humanitarian shipment consisting of medicines, hygiene products, medical kits, multivitamins, nutritional products, school supplies, clothes with total costs of 32 000 000 soums were distributed.
In 5th of April 2010 at 17.00, from North Train Station of Tashkent the “Health Train” departed with team of highly qualified doctors who made a diagnosis of population, firstly women and children. The special attention will be given to disabled children, children from big and needy families. Besides, the humanitarian aid will be provided to the special children’s institutions. Humanitarian aid consisted of nutritional products, clothes with total costs of 170 000 000 soum and medicines, medical kits with costs of 201 600 000 USD.
With assistance of the medical social patronage specialists of Navoi branch of the foundation, meetings and discussion among population will be organized aiming at promoting healthy life style, accelerating medical culture and distributing humanitarian aid to needy population.
The aim of the given event: Providing health and social support, accelerating medical culture of population, mainly women and children who reside in ecologically favourable condition and remote villages.
