According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 23, 1993, the non-governmental international charitable foundation "For a Healthy Generation" was established.

The multifaceted activities of the foundation are supported by 14 regional branches and more than 100 bases in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent. These are regional connections that implement the goals and objectives specified in the Charter and Regulations of the Foundation.

In 1993-2003, based on the proposals of the Foundation, 9 decisions and 1 resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers were adopted by the government, including:

1. On July 3, 1993, by Resolution of the Council of Ministers 268, the regulation "On the establishment of an international foundation for a healthy generation" was approved.
Also, based on the proposals of the international charitable foundation "For a Healthy Generation" (Decision 524 dated October 28, 1993)
2. "On a comprehensive solution to the health problems of the young generation", this decision approved the health program for the young generation. (Resolution 589 of December 3, 1993)
3. On receiving a preferential tax from enterprises, associations, and organizations of the international charitable foundation "For a Healthy Generation" (Resolution 61 of February 8, 1994)
4. "On state support for the international charitable foundation "For a Healthy Generation" (Resolution No. 119 of March 5, 1994)
5. "On the creation of a system of medical and personal patronage of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Resolution No. 71 of February 22, 1996)
6. "On the establishment of the Tashkent Specialized Women's College." (Resolution No. 207 of 1997)
On the creation of a state system "Mother and Child Screening" for the early detection of congenital and other pathologies in newborns and pregnant women in order to prevent the birth of disabled children from childhood. (Resolution No. 140 of April 1, 1998)
7. On improving the work of the Non-Governmental International Charitable Foundation "For a Healthy Generation" (Decision of March 4, 2000 No. 74).
8. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the implementation of the education and health care program for raising a healthy generation." (No. 427-F of 1998).
