In order to create additional conditions for the active participation of the International Non-Governmental Charitable Foundation "Soglom Avlod Uchun" in solving problems aimed at strengthening the health of mothers and children, creating a healthy lifestyle in the family and raising a healthy generation in the republic, as well as in connection with the announcement of 2014 “The Year of the Healthy Child” the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Please note that the most important tasks of the International Non-Governmental Charitable Foundation “Soglom Avlod Uchun” (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) are:
coordination of efforts of the public and government agencies aimed at forming a healthy and harmoniously developed young generation, taking into account world experience;
organizing widespread propaganda among the population of the goals and content of state social programs aimed at strengthening the health of mothers and children, strengthening the role of the family in the formation and education of a healthy generation;
providing humanitarian assistance to needy segments of the population, primarily large families, women, disabled people, disabled children and pupils of orphanages, Mehribonlik homes, people living in Sakhovat and Muruvvat boarding houses, specialized educational institutions;
further development and full assistance in strengthening the material and technical base of perinatal centers, screening centers, rehabilitation centers, obstetrics, pediatric treatment and prevention and other institutions;
strengthening preventive measures and increasing the reliability of protecting the population from viral and infectious diseases, work on rehabilitation, prevention and prevention of disability, assistance in strengthening the material and technical base of institutions of oncology, anti-tuberculosis services and other services, the formation of an effective system of preventive work, early detection and treatment of social significant diseases;
development and deepening of international cooperation in protecting maternal and child health, raising a healthy generation;
carrying out active work to attract and accumulate charitable donations from legal entities and individuals as part of the implementation of social programs of the state.
